Bring your campaigns together.Prepare them your way.
Campaigns, audiences, content and reviews are already in place to get started. Make this software your own marketing tool: Shappy helps adapt tracking criteria and approvals to your team.
Before distribution, know who and why.
Inès prepares a customer event. She needs a relevant list, a reviewed invitation and an owner for every piece of content.
- 01
Define the audience
Bring together segment criteria and available contact information.
- 02

Define an explicit distribution workflow.
Audience, sender account and content approval are defined before activating a channel.
- Gmail
Read the connected personal account profile.
What is needed : Explicit read after personal connection and authorisation. The software creates no external drafts, sends no messages and does not synchronise contacts.
- CRM and forms
Contact, source, expressed interest and eligibility information.
What is needed : Define authorised connections, duplicate handling and source retention. Consent is never inferred automatically.
- Google Calendar
Read calendars and events relevant to preparation.
What is needed : Read after an explicit click, personal connection and Core permissions. Scheduling a campaign is an internal milestone: no invitation, advertisement or distribution is sent.

Your questions before choosing your software.
Can we keep our approval process?
Yes. Campaigns, content and audiences are already organised to get started. Work with Shappy to evolve your application around your checklists, segment criteria and editorial responsibilities. Rules and connections are checked before use; no new sending channel is enabled implicitly.
Does the preview send a campaign?
No. It shows preparation, content and audience. Status changes are local and trigger no sending.
Can we keep our email marketing tool?
Its import format, identifiers and transfer capabilities must be checked. A provider name is not enough to promise an integration.
Is consent handled automatically?
The product retains explicit consent, withdrawal and history. Criteria are frozen at review and audience at internal scheduling. No emailed double opt-in or legal compliance is claimed.
Can we measure sales from a campaign?
That requires common identifiers, an authorised connection and an explicit attribution rule. No actual attribution figures are presented here.
Your next campaign, your way.
The goal, audience and content give you a starting point. Your review criteria and existing tools guide what comes next.
Bring a representative record and your working rules. We will define data migration and the first changes to check.
