Before service begins.
Which caterers is this app designed for?
For event caterers handling weddings, cocktails, corporate dining and private receptions. The event file connects sales, preparation, service and billing. A shop with collection slots and a B2B ordering portal are outside the initial scope.
What happens when the guest count changes?
In a draft quote, per-guest lines recalculate when you change the count. Fixed quantities and staffing still need review. Production uses the accepted quote; the final bill distinguishes confirmed, actual and billable guests according to the file’s deadline.
Do the kitchen and service team use the same sheet?
They share the event file, with separate views for the kitchen, service team, logistics and client. The menu, schedule and dietary notes come from the event. Each recipient sees the relevant instructions and information.
Can we bring our recipes, prices and deposit schedule?
Those are the starting points we review with you: products, ingredients, recipes, clients, equipment and team. Settings cover your ratios, payment schedule and terms. We agree the format and volume of the data transfer before setup.
Does Shappy send quotes and handle formalities for me?
The conversations here illustrate possible requests. Sending and integrations are scoped during setup. The app tracks casual staff contracts and declarations but does not file them online. Certified electronic signatures and electronic invoicing through an approved platform are outside this V1.
How can we see the app with one of our own cases?
Request a demonstration with a short description of your business and a typical event. We walk through quoting, production, staffing and billing together, then define the scope, data transfer and support for your business.
Give your next event a file that keeps up.
Start with your menu, your team and your constraints. We’ll show you how to connect them in SHAPP Traiteur.
A demonstration built around your business, followed by a setup plan we agree together.
