Camille prepares her delivery review. She checks tasks, resource slots and actual logged time.
- 01
Define the assignment
Keep the client, scope and project owner in a shared record.
- 02
Organise the work
Date and assign tasks. Time entries remain linked to the relevant project.
- 03
Check delivery
Delivery keeps a summary and a time snapshot. Legal customer acceptance remains outside scope.
The project connects the work.
Move from the portfolio to planning, time and deliverables without losing the original project.
Separate assignments to scope and to deliver.
Each project shows its owner and time budget. Stages change locally.
Your approach to project delivery.
Tell Shappy what needs to change. Watch your software take on your way of working.

Your software, your rules

Walk through an assignment to delivery.
- 01

An assignment with a few tasks, time entries and a deliverable to review.
- 02
Clarify statuses
Distinguish completed, reviewed, accepted and billable work in your process.
- 03
Put your method in place
Describe your delivery criteria to Shappy. Check the adapted stages and responsibilities on this assignment before extending them to the team.
Your questions before choosing your software.
Can we use our own project method?
Yes. Projects, tasks, time and deliverables are already in place. Then evolve your software with Shappy: review stages, assignment details, responsibilities or delivery conditions. New rules are tested against your workflow before release.
Can we track planned and actual work?
Projects have a time budget, resources have weekly planning and entries retain actual work. Invoicing is not delivered within this scope.
Is this the same product as the Agencies industry page?
This page presents the cross-functional Projects & services software, identified separately from the Agencies industry offer. The appropriate scope depends on your business.
Does the client have a portal?
This preview does not promise a client portal. Feedback and approval methods are defined during setup.
Can we keep our calendars?
The delivered schedule is internal, with overlap and capacity checks. The Google Calendar connector exists on the platform, but no external connection is enabled in this software.
Your next project, your method.
Start with the tracking already in place, then define the stages and criteria that will make this software your team’s own tool.
Bring a representative record and your working rules. We will define data migration and the first changes to check.
