Bring a real example
Choose a recurring task and the documents your team uses today. Remove confidential information before sharing them.
- 02
Agree the scope
Define the records, responsibilities, exceptions and integrations the first workflow needs.
- 03
Validate before rollout
Review a configured version with your team, check the results and agree the conditions for using it.
Before you start
Is the route optimised with live vehicle tracking?
V1 tracks simple missions with owned vehicles and drivers, weight in kg, incidents and receipt. Multi-stop routes, subcontracted freight, GPS/ETAs, optimisation, driving-time controls, certified e-CMR and invoicing are excluded.
How can I explore this edition?
This edition has its own business application. Request a demonstration to review your workflow, confirm the scope for your team and agree access conditions.
Does the assistant carry out these actions?
The conversation shown is an example, not a live exchange. The actions you expect from Shappy and who should approve them can be discussed during your demonstration.
Can we bring our existing records?
Bring an anonymised sample of your current files to the discussion. Field mapping, data quality, permissions and any connection to your existing tools need to be checked before an import is promised.
Let’s review your actual workflow.
Bring one situation your team handles every week. We can use it to define the first scope and the checks it needs.
Scope, access and pricing discussed together.
